Today we are in the Ergaki national park in the Sayan mountains in the Krasnoyarsky Krai. The weather decided that we needed a quiet day. It was raining the whole morning. We had a late start of the day and worked on the pictures and the blog in the morning (we don’t have connection here, so won’t post them until after a couple of days). Then we cooked lunch in our room using our gas stove and left our room after 2pm. We went to visit the Stone Town, but were not able to cross the notorious stream as the rain made the water raise. We tried to see nearby tourist bases if they could take us there, but in vain. We simply went back to the hotel stopping on the road for some photos and ended the day lazily. The weather is getting better now and tomorrow the sun is forecasted, so hopefully we can finally take our walk in the mountains.
